Boys Team Charity is a volunteer organization focused on nurturing a sense of altruism in young men by engaging both parents and sons in community service projects. I regularly volunteered at UMOM New Day Center, Field of Dreams, Feed My Starving Children, and Home Fur Good.

• Trained team members in defensive positions.
• Coordinated seasonal, non-traditional season and off-season activities in support of lacrosse team.
• Organized successful fundraising events to support team activities and equipment needs.
• Promoted sportsmanship among athletes, instilling respect for opponents, officials, teammates, and the game itself.
• Organized practice sessions, exercise and conditioning to improve player performance.
• Fostered a supportive and competitive environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.

• Answered customer questions and provided detailed product information.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to different store sections as needed, supporting a cohesive stocking team environment across departments.
• Performed inventory control, such as counting, and stocking merchandise.
• Greeted customers and directed to requested products.
• Consistently lifted materials weighing as much as 30 pounds.
• Rotated stock correctly to prevent out-of-date products and removed aging items from main shelving to build special promotional displays.
