• Anytime Downtime occurred in my position it had to be reported excessive Downtime then would need an counter measure to help prevent further DT to help achieve nearly production numbers

Previous experiences in IN01 Acquired Lock out Tag out training for Pano Sealer Robot support. Would have to step inside the work cell & clean the sealer tip for Daily production . Also monitored sealer usage determining rather a Drum would have to be changed out, this process would have to be done before shift , during breaks or after shift so production flow wouldn’t be interrupted. While I was the VR in zone I Helped out Equipment Service by support with helping starting the lifts back up if debris fell into the light curtain or if an Assoc Bumped the light curtain & run over to restart production also helped with small Lift Assists repairs
