My career goal is working in Renewable Energy. Providing a safe and healthy workplace. Currently I have been a technician, site lead, scheduler-planner as well as a site supervisor in the wind industry and know the hazards, and strive to make the workplace safe and efficient. I am always looking at ways to improve safety, efficiency, and profit margins in the workplace. I have performed activities such as maintenance, troubleshooting of control systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems. I have gone through ABB drive training, as well as Converteam drives training. I have gone through DWPA's Siemens wind turbine training. Within working with Duke Energy, I have become EO1 & EO2 qualified. I have also attended AVO training Institute and have completed the requirements with them for becoming a Certified Substation Maintenance Technician. As well as completed their battery maintenance course. I have also taken a supervisory leadership course while working for Duke Energy and have attended the safety summit in 2015. I have also taken a procedure writing course and received my PPA certification. My entire renewables career I've only worked for two companies, and my first company was purchased by Duke Energy in 2012 and I transferred over to Duke Energy.
