- Continuously develops a 5 year look ahead of capital projects to set a capital outlook plan for annual site budget forecasts
- Reviews and approves in excess of 800 annual engineering work requests, project scopes, change requests, and capital funding justifications.
- Ensures safety for the site by ensuring Management of Change initiatives and Action items are completed by the targeted dates
- Provide engineering expertise and guidance to the maintenance department guidance to troubleshoot and develop plans of action to resolve complex E&I and DCS opportunities found in day to day operation of the site
