• ENGINEERING
  - Responsible for overseeing equipment and instrument procurement, maintenance, automation and calibration of all machine systems covering all applicable dosage forms / facilities as assigned. Will also assist in process improvement activities and work closely with the relevant cross functional teams.
  - Plan and direct company engineering and maintenance projects. Provide proactive administrative and technical leadership on all capital projects. Foster innovation and execute engineering and maintenance strategies to meet business objectives and regulatory compliance. Organize and ensure alignment of facility and engineering functions to overall company needs. • SERIALIZATION
  - Responsible for Supply Chain activities which include supporting DSCSA compliance, maintaining master data, communicating with all partners, managing L1 to L4 software (Systech & Tracelink) for Track and Trace, and integrating/validating any new serialization equipment and/or software.

• Project planning of customer installation and commissioning of delivered inspection equipment
• Support Sales Team of additional user requirements of current and new customers for blister/carton inspection systems and/or Track and Trace solutions
• Expert knowledge in DSCSA, HDA (previously HDMA), EPCIS, & GS1 serialization standards
• Maintaining regular and sustained interaction with current North America customers to provide consistent customer satisfaction and provide efficient solutions to upcoming service projects while ensuring incorporation of user specifications related to ACG Inspection products
• Installation and commissioning of inspection equipment
• Implementing Annual Maintenance Contracts in the North America market and provide servicing for the same
• Validation of new inspection production lines
