Brian Bentz

The founders room is a 1920s speakeasy themed restaurant/bar. The jobs I executed while working there were:

- wiping tables in and outside before open.

-setting up plates, baskets, boxes, and utensil rollups for serving

-connecting tables, moving tables and chairs to accommodate large parties.

-checking inventory and assisting the kitchen with loading their stations

-assigning roles to each busser before opening

- bussing tables as well as pre bussing throughout the night.

-running food to tables

-bussing and cleaning dishes after close

The paramount is a concert venue connected to the founders room. As an usher I:

-directed people to their seats

- helped with security in the boxes

-was bathroom attendant

- helped people in general find what they are looking for

I refereed for third grade girls basketball last winter. Some important roles of the referee are:

-Assuring safety of the players

- expediting the game

- promote fair play

- practice against our women’s basketball team

- learn and execute plays from opponents

- help out wherever coaches or players need
