Coordinate Importing/Exporting of MW and MVARs. Adjusting generation voltage and loading to meet required demands. Maintaining spinning reserve policy. Responding to power disturbance and determining best actions to restore power to areas of highest priority. Dispatch T&D for line faults/trips.
