• Repair and maintain Solotech and S&SI customer inventory including Lighting, Sound, Video, and Rigging entertainment equipment.

Requirements of the Position:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in lighting, audio, video equipment, or electronics repair.
• An excellent understanding of audio, lighting, and video projection for both consumer and professional-grade equipment.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.

• Reviewed software documentation to confirm technical accuracy, compliance and completeness.
• Using programs such as Wwise to help narrow down Audio issues
• Attending meetings with Developers and tending to request they may have
• Writing bug reports for a sub-area of a project or test results for an area or test pass
• Capable of working with development to narrow down bug reproduction cases and scenarios
• May assist more senior staff with administrative tasks (meeting notes, production requests, mentoring, etc.)
• Provide opinions on fun factor or balance of the game
