I was recruited to start up the dice program again at Twin Arrows Casino. My duties include training all supervisors, dealers, and working directly with the Table Games director and Casino Manager to ensure everyone is up to date with how it will be run. Upon opening, I will be the only person sitting box. Aside from this, I will be dealing all other table games for the majority of my time there.

Only held the title of Dealer during my time here. This was a dice only position.

My position here included table games supervisory duties for three days a week, and dealing two days a week. Generally, I was in either high or super high limit dice or blackjack, but, being proficient in all games, was moved around as needed. Occasionally, I was instructed to train new supervisors, help with training in new carnival or blackjack variation games, and was one of the leads in crapless craps training when it was first put on the floor at Hardrock.

From breaking in as a dice dealer at The D Las Vegas, to running the dice pit at the Orleans two days a week, I have done it all. Dealing, training, supervising, scheduling, pit clerk duties, and many more. I have been a part of learning how to spot cheating scams, and how to catch them. Short of casino manager duties, there isn't anything I haven't done. I worked at The D, The Orleans, and Flamingo casino, with a few stints at other locations for a second job needed at the time.
