Through my many years of work experience I have developed a strong work ethic centered on consistency, reliability, punctuality, strong focus that is free of distractions such as cell phone use, adaptability, effective communication, and operating from a mindset of kindness and positivity, maintaining a strong fascination with how things work and an attitude of gratitude. I believe reliability and mindset/attitude are absolutely paramount when it comes to being an effective team member. I have also developed "thick skin", as I understand that certain individuals can be very stern, direct, and frankly sometimes grumpy. I leave my feelings at home and have gained skills to maintain necessary job-related communication regardless of the level of tact or kindness offered by others. I have extensive experience in hand and power tool operation, operating various vehicles and lift trucks, a variety of workflows, navigating teamwork with all sorts of personalities, hard physical labor, and tedious tasks. I love to stay busy and take the initiative in all that I do with a mindset of providing as much value as I can to the team.
