Adept at troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, I leveraged my attention to detail and customer service excellence at ITG as an Xfinity Technician. Co-founding BCM Glazing honed my financial acumen and team training skills, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. My background showcases a commitment to safety, continuous learning, and relationship building.
At Xfinity, I had one month of training, in which, I would shadow my trainer and ask as many questions as possible to absorb as much information as I could. Following that we would swap roles, and I would be the one leading the jobs while my trainer was shadowing me to make sure I had enough comprehension of the technology we work with to go out on my own. During this time i was able to:
BCM Glazing was a company me and two others founded while living in Montana. We specialized in demolition, installation, and finish work of windows and doors, I also was the in charge of the financial side of the business, completing cost estimates of jobs to ensure we had set in profit for the company, owners, and that material and tool costs were covered. Along with doing cost estimates, i also watched over the funds of the company to ensure fair split of the profits amongst the three individuals and the company. Along with that I also completed taxes for the company each year.
Throughout my childhood, I was involved in scouting, eventually reaching the pinnacle of scouting, Eagle Scout. I was a leader in the troop, heavily involved in helping the younger scouts introduce them selves and become more comfortable in the troop. For my Eagle project, I went to a local State Park and offered my services to repair benches, grills, and to ultimately clean up the area to attract more people to the outdoors. Throughout my time in scouts, i made many friends, went on many adventures including two trips into the deep woods, on was a week long backpacking trip which involved orienteering, fire starting, and other survival skills, And the other was a similar trip in which we went kayaking in the backwaters of minnesota near the border of canada. Throughout the camping trips, meetings, and activity's we did I learned many things including but not limited to Leadership, integrity, trustworthiness, and the importance of kindness.
