At Xfinity, I had one month of training, in which, I would shadow my trainer and ask as many questions as possible to absorb as much information as I could. Following that we would swap roles, and I would be the one leading the jobs while my trainer was shadowing me to make sure I had enough comprehension of the technology we work with to go out on my own. During this time i was able to:

• Maintained a safe work environment by strictly adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
• Demonstrated adaptability when faced with new challenges or technologies, enabling quick mastery of necessary skills.

BCM Glazing was a company me and two others founded while living in Montana. We specialized in demolition, installation, and finish work of windows and doors, I also was the in charge of the financial side of the business, completing cost estimates of jobs to ensure we had set in profit for the company, owners, and that material and tool costs were covered. Along with doing cost estimates, i also watched over the funds of the company to ensure fair split of the profits amongst the three individuals and the company. Along with that I also completed taxes for the company each year.
