  • Opened the first new location (#6) in September 2017. Many years had passed since a new location opened. Aided in hiring and training over 300 employees for 12 more store openings over the next 9 years. Hired and trained over 400 employees in current tenure with the company. Mentored and advanced 11 General Managers that I hired or were transferred to my location. Also developed an updated food book with cooking procedures and prep procedures including portion sizing and food cost percentages. I was moved to become GM of the highest grossing store in the company in Dec of 2019. That store has set sales records in the last 7 of 8 years. I have achieved bonuses at a average of 90%+ possible in my tenure with the company. Named GM of the year 2020, Sales Champion Store for 7 years, Most Loved (highest Google review store). Currently employed.

  • I began training on a “fast track course” to become an area director/market partner at several different locations. Training including marketing strategies, training techniques, operational efficiency, vendor relations, labor and food cost controls. While still in training the company was divided and split by ownership and the program was terminated and several positions were eliminated including those who had hired me and several of my superiors. I was offered a General Manager position but decided to move on.

  • I was promoted to run the store with the highest sales in the company within the first 12 months of employment. Managed a staff of 60+ employees. Received awards for breaking the highest sales in one year of any restaurant in the company’s 30+ year history. My store was chosen to be used as a test store for new menu items and cooking and training procedures. Named GM of the year the first year the award was given out in 2012. I trained new managers and new General Managers to the company. Organized special events in the restaurants including receptions, promotional events, corporate luncheons, as well as political rallies. Maximized profits on $3 million plus in sales annually. Led and directed team members on effective methods, operations, and procedures. Effectively managed payroll and timekeeping. Promoted the business through participation in and sponsorship of community events.

  • Worked every position possible in the store. Promoted to manager after 2 months of gaining employment. Accepted General Manager position in 2005. Trained over 30 new managers to the company. I was able to secure a catering contract with local charter school to feed 200+ students hot lunches 3 days a week which was worth $300,000 in revenue for one store per school year at the time. Secured a deal with the AZ Cardinals football coaching staff to feed the staff 3 nights a week for 4 seasons at their Tempe training facility. Was able to achieve 90% of all bonus opportunities over my career there as a General Manager.
