10-year Construction Project manager. My experience is in constructing Buildings & working on Civil Municipality Capitol Project redevelopment. I was selected and have completed (graduated) in the Pinellas Transit (PSTA) Leadership training program. The workshops emphasized studying needs for the community outreach project development planning & execution. I built with my project management team the Pinellas County PSTA SunRunner “Rapid Transit Line”. I attended federal construction workshops and Round-Table discussions at 4 conventions, and I was invited to speak about my projects in the APTA Orlando convention in 2023. My current five years working directly in county municipality projects has educated me & gave me experience in the government’s construction development processes. I have been working directly for the past 3 years allocating funding for Capital Projects, inputting the requisitions process and working within Grant allowances. This “on the job training” has my current experience as highly knowledgeable in municipality construction. I have experience as a Construction Project Manager for over the recent past 10 years and for over 11 years I worked as a Commercial Architect, titled Project Manager the final 7 years. I have managed commercial construction planning design to produce full working Architectural Contract Document Plan sets. Produced & coordinated full working CD sets to include Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. These large-scale Architectural CD sets up to 160M i have completed. I am also experienced in several management software applications. I work hard and enjoy being a “Team Player” bringing our production team together to efficiently complete all projects on time & under budget.
