  • Oversee the management of over 20-30k fiber and copper install and repair dispatches per month.
  • Has overseen the fiber construction department which includes both in-house and contracted placing and splicing companies which have constructed over 500k fiber doors in the last 10 years.
  • Accountable for the following areas within Field Operations: Construction, installation and repair of fiber to the home as well as copper services, dedicated and strategic services, outside plant maintenance, process improvement, data analytics, capacity planning, training, recruitment and staffing and fleet management for entire operating area.
  • Accountable for growing the fiber to the home field resources over 1000% in 5 years while strategically reducing legacy work forces to align with growth and decline in the respective areas.
  • Implemented and managed a contracted workforce of 70 Installation technicians that offset staffing issues and addressed capital restraints.
  • Refined a dispatch group to be best in class users of the Oracle Field Service Client and the routing metrics to prove it while maintaining a 40:1 field tech to dispatcher ratio.
  • Facilitated precise alignment between construction, sales, and installation through a detailed metrics driven forecasting and capacity planning process.
  • Accountable for aligning field resources to meet or exceed monthly activation goals and to financially plan for a 5 year period.
