In my plus 20 years working in the mortgage industry, I have been exposed to several types of positions, ranging as a sub-prime loan officer, with Countrywide Home Loans, an Underwriter for Regions bank, forensic underwriting with Analytical Focus. My most recent experiences have been in the role of processing with BBVA/compass bank, processing construction to perm loans. I've also had been given the opportunity to process loans with a few smaller brokers. In all of these positions, I've developed and demonstrated strong analytical skills, effective verbal communication along with written skills, applied towards various digital formats. I'm eager to contribute to team success bringing my past experience and knowledge base and furthered develop professional skills.   • (Brian Garf) was accepted, and currently resides, as a resident at Oxford House (HeatherPlace), (3422 Heather Lane Hoover, AL 35216). (Brian Garf) was accepted in to the house on (DATE MOVED IN) and was required to pay ($150) for a non-refundable move in fee and ($165), per week, for rent. (Brian) has been required to follow all of the rules and regulations of the house, including paying their rent on time, doing her weekly chore, and holding a house officer position. He is also required to attend AA or NA meetings 3-5 times per week, as well as, seek and maintain employment. He has also been drug screened on a regular basis.
  • Oxford Houses are self-run, self-supporting addiction recovery homes for individuals who have stopped using alcohol and drugs, hoping for a second chance in life. The first Oxford House opened in 1975 and has since grown to over 1900 homes world-wide with more than 100 homes here in Louisiana. All of our houses are gender specific, which includes men’s houses, women’s house’s and houses for women with children. Safe, structured, and supportive environments help to create an atmosphere of growth, responsibility, and self-efficacy.
