Brian Holley

• Created, developed, implemented and manages the entire high school basketball and football programs. This included three separate high schools: Charlotte Learning Academy, Commonwealth, and Stewart Creek.
• Organized a season timetable and scouted other teams for tactical aims.
• Communicated effectively with school board members, staff members, parents and others within the school administration, including organizing and leading meetings.
• Recruited and met with prospective student-athletes to discuss their experience and goals.
  Spearheaded all team fundraising projects to raise money for new uniforms and equipment.
• Monitored the academic performance of student-athletes in addition to their athletic progress.
• Trained student-athletes during the off-season.
• Helped develop each participant’s physical and psychological fitness.

Coached youth in ages 8 up to 15 years of age in basketball. Assist the local PAL organization with its youth program to assist with developing well-rounded young ladies and men who learn not only the fundamentals of basketball, but also the importance of education in an atmosphere conductive to developing sound character while having a good time.
