6 Years- I have said being the Lead Pastor of a small church is basically being "chief cook and bottle washer", in other words, I have been involved in most aspects of the operation of the church including cleaning, building, repairs, dealing with contractors and service providers, general maintenance, organizing and facilitating the regular testing and maintaining safety systems. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get things done, seeing needs and working towards fulfilling those needs.

I also know my limits and am not afraid to say when I don't know how to do something and will seek help.
At First Free Methodist church in New Westminster
I replaced 4 of the toilets that we malfunctioning. I am handy with tools and able to do basic carpentry tasks and light maintenance.
In my role as a long haul truck driver
I was required to have WHMIS training and though I have not renewed my certification since becoming a Pastor
I am willing to do the certification.
One of the safety features I led in acquiring at Queensway was a defibrillator; as a result
I had CPR training. First aid certification
