Explanation of Gap in Employment
I was involved in a 'NO FAULT' auto accident in 2007. I was in the middle of a 5 car pile up. Although my SUV was totaled, I felt fine (so I thought) and wanted to just settle. Also, we just had my first son. Thirteen years letter, there was evidence that more damage had occurred in the collision to my neck than was thought and it required surgery.
I went into neck surgery in 12/2020 to repair what essentially had healed incorrectly. I was in recovery and rehab for approximately 18 months afterwards, prior to returning to work 11/2022 with full recovery.
