Supervised 7 MTLs and leads 400+ non prior service Aimen in training to adapt them to military lifestyle
Trains Airmen on customs, courtesies, drill and ceremonies, personal appearance and dormitory living standards

Manage personnel and refueling equipment to provide 24 hour fuel support
Ensure an effective preventative maintenance program for 16 refuelers
Analyze quality control and inspection reports and ensured deficiencies were corrected
Provide technical guidance to personnel and performed expediter duties
Administer the flights training and mobility programs
Develop programs for all assigned equipment and fuel systems
Coordinate the flight training program with squadron training
Review Career Development Course (CDC) material with trainer and supervisor
Manage flight rotational training program

Maintain mobility training requirements of all flight personnel
