- On board and recruit new contractors as needed, working through Company expectations, pricing, project goals, how payment flows through and presenting those options we have to be paid. Explain the quality assurance and fully communicate that I expect their companies are performing their due diligence in inspecting their own work as a project is being done, as I explain the chargeback process.

- Worked on new product delivery for FTTH Grant project for Delaware, providing local staff support for materials used with forecasting deliveries for the warehouse in Dagsboro, DE
- Provided documentation from design to fiber documentation to the primary contractor maintaining open communication and obtaining additional assistance for fiber splicers by making cold calls to a few contractors within the areas to work under our primary contractor that is established to work through the delays and setbacks that occurred during this project, established tracker to assist in overseeing the daily completed tasks
- Currently project is still ongoing, expected completion date is November 2023
- Worked with all Construction Managers within the Construction Mediacom footprint to aid with daily QC’s, Audits, Charge backs, Contractor on boarding
- Established a reconcile spreadsheet for materials and provided forecast to National Warehouse to provide detail information on material needs for all FTTH Grant projects for 2023 through 2025 through excel spreadsheet providing material needs per quarter and cost associated from material standpoint.
