While working towards completing my Capstone Thesis in order to graduate from the Arnold School of Public Health, I worked full-time as a student Volunteer across multiple wings at the Prisma Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. I worked with doctors and nurses in order to better understand the effects that Health-Related Quality of Life(HRQOL) plays in the rehabilitation of patients, with an emphasis on pediatric oncology patients and those in hospice.
