  • Advised the leadership team on a pilot line improvement program, leading a lesser experienced third-shift line (9-12 months average experience) to match a first-shift line's (10-15 years average experience) performance
  • Mentored managers implementing lean manufacturing techniques and effective execution strategies developed in ongoing weekly training sessions; raised production by ~30% through the new initiatives focused on associate training, development, and performance-relevant certifications

Additional Information

I have a mindset of continuous learning. Self-assessment is key in growing everyday. I study books such as " Leaders Eat Last", and "The Servant" to help me improve on my culture building skills and how to understand the human aspect of the business. Humans being our most important asset in the company.

I seek out the advise of mentors and I've been privileged to learn from some great leaders current and past that include Josh Moorehead, Steve Buzick, William Day, and Stephanie Sanford to mention a few.

I've traveled to several plants within our business. Im thankful for those opportunities. It's those experiences that have motivated me to pursue a traveling Department Manager Role. I love having an impact on our teams. I'm honored to be sought out for advise. I want to expand my impact to the business as a whole.
