I study books such as " Leaders Eat Last", and "The Servant" to help me improve on my culture building skills and how to understand the human aspect of the business. Humans being our most important asset in the company.

I've traveled to several plants within our business. Im thankful for those opportunities. It's those experiences that have motivated me to pursue a traveling Department Manager Role.
