The last 7 years of my life, I have been transitioning from a high profile management position to being focused on helping develop my son for a career in professional baseball. In order to accomplish that I decided to re-enter the hospitality industry after a 22 year hiatus, this allowed me flexibility in my schedule to help my son train and travel. Last year my son was drafted by the Colorado Rockies and has begun his journey, but I have enjoyed my transition over that time and would like to continue in the industry with a company that would be a good fit for both me and my employer.
