11 years ago I decided to walk away from 22 years of automotive sales management experience to help my son on his journey to pursue baseball as a livelihood. In order to make his dream a reality I needed the flexibility in my schedule for travel ball and school ball. The hospitality industry offered that opportunity. After my son was drafted, I realized how much I enjoyed the restaurant business and decided to stay in it.
