- Duties: Managed Sophos Antivirus for close to 250 clients. Helped migrate 5000+ workstations and servers from ESET and other AV to Sophos AV. I was a part of more than 4000 endpoints myself leveraging ConnectWise Automate and manual installs/uninstalls. Regular and MTR AV. Worked on-premises hosted AV like Sophos and Symantec. For 1+ year I was the primary tech for Alien Vault SIEM. I would receive and respond to threats on the SIEM board 24/7. Installed many sensors. Lots of documentation! Setup API’s for SIEM monitoring and other monitoring software. Vulnerability management. Experience with Nessus, Tenable.io, Wireshark, Office APT (limited experience), Office 365 email hack remediations (hundreds of them in 2020 alone.) Email pen testing through KnowBe4.
