In my position I’m over 34 recovering addicts, leading them to Christ and training them to be men of God first and foremost but also productive members of society. I am over the men that come into our program right from the start. Helping them obtain a relationship with Jesus Christ and kick all their old bad habits. I’ve been very blessed to have this position.

• Managed household budgets efficiently, ensuring timely payment of bills and proper allocation of resources.
• Improved living environment for residents by overseeing daily operations and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Facilitated open communication among residents by holding regular meetings to address concerns and gather feedback on house opera.

In my position with this job I did everything that was needed of me. Ranging from running an auger and cleaning out wholes for post to contouring running boards to the pans for an effect that made our quality work stand out.

• Operated range of heavy equipment on regular basis with advanced skill.
• Maintained and cleaned equipment after each job and inspected.
• Operated machining equipment safely with team of operators.
• Ensured safe working environment through adherence to safety guidelines and protocols for equipment operation.

• I worked my way up to team leader by showing integrity, hard work and an interest in what we did.We rented out pole/frame tents and have equipment. It was my job to make sure all rentals went where they needed to go and tents were assembled correctly/on time.I lead a group of 5 men excluding myself for my team and made sure 3 other teams of 4-6 men operated efficiently.
