  • Operations Strategy Program Manager for Metals business unit. Project Management leader and contact for Operations leadership team. Primary focus on automation programs and product transfers to support Operations leadership in attainment of business objectives.
  • Served as chair of project review meetings. Responsible for facilitation of meetings, guiding discussion, supporting individual project managers and stake-holders, enforcing project governance, and following up on actions/decisions/risks identified during meetings.
  • Worked with centralized automation and local engineering teams to map strategic automation programs supporting five manufacturing plants in Costa Rica, Ireland, and the United States.
  • Project Manager for development of key automated laser welding platform. Managed timeline, resources, deliverables, risks, decisions, suppliers, and reported to Operations management.
  • Stood up and led a global program overseeing PFAS elimination efforts in anticipation of upcoming regulatory requirements (EU MDR, FDA, State Governments). Very heavy focus supply chain management of PTFE coating suppliers. Also served as the primary point of contact for customers, managing change request submission as well as responding to requests to map PFAS usage in materials/processes used on their products. This program affected $250M annual revenue across multiple business units and five mfg plants in Costa Rica, Ireland, and the United States.

  • Contributed as site leader for implementation of LeanPD and 6-phase NPD processes for Oregon Metals site.
  • Co-developed gate checklist/RACI and 6-phase MS Project template. Led effort for year-over-year process/template improvement for all Metals USA sites, including stakeholder interviews and cross functional feedback.
  • Contributed to development of Project Management tools and templates, as well as efforts to consolidate and reduce reporting redundancies.
  • Statistical foundations coach – supported launch of statistical foundations program as a coach and mentor. Provided training to technical employees covering measurement systems analysis.
  • One Medical Oregon – led transfer of grinding value stream from Tualatin to Wilsonville, OR. This represented the single largest value stream for Oregon Metals in terms of equipment tonnage and production revenue, by a large margin.
  • Data integrity – resource management within PDWare, project gate on time attainment via PMOD and TEP.
  • Delivered multiple key projects, meeting key performance indicators ranging from timeline and budget attainment, product cost and margin, production cycle times and scrap rates vs estimated, process capability, on time delivery, risk mitigation, and closure of quality issues and complaints.
