  • As the first employee hired by Film 45 I was responsible for wearing many hats. Initially hired as an associate producer; I continually added to my responsibilities by taking on writing duties for creative development, field production for last minute shoots, and post coordination for new projects. I then began to work on my own time to revive a scrapped project that would go on to win a 2017 Sports Emmy and allowed me to finish my team with the company as a Co-Producer.

  • Communicated individually with the more than 800 hired to ensure they received proper orientation, training, and were scheduled for work.
  • In one year I more than doubled the retention rate from 35% to 72% by creating web based tracking systems to eliminate errors and redundancy's while implementing safeguards to protect against unexpected outcomes.
  • Coordinated with various departments as well as local law enforcement, theatre owners, and community organizers to facilitate the event.
