Worked with youth programs staff and the admin team at both Vera Court and BLW Neighborhood Centers to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth within K-12 youth programs.

Partnered with 70 schools and more than 30 youth serving organizations across 16 counties to support food and nutrition security for young people and their families.

Lead a high-quality elementary after school and summer camp program at a vibrant and amazing community center on the West side of Madison. During my time there we grew the program by more than double and built a number of strong community partnerships and an incredible team of volunteers.

Lead a high-quality state-licensed elementary (K-2) after school and summer program at Lapham Elementary School as a part of the Red Caboose After School Program. During my time at Lapham we more than doubled our program size (from 42 to 90) and created a special and unique summer camp program, Camp Caboose.

After starting as a volunteer through a service learning class at UW-Madison, I was a lead teacher at Thoreau Elementary until May of 1999. After a semester as site supervisor at Midvale Elementary School, I moved to Hawthorne Elementary School where I was site supervisor until December of 2006. During my time at Hawthorne we grew the program from 15 young people to over 50 when I left the role.
