  • QA Lead in the development of various mobile applications (iOS & Android), such as those for the Atlantis Resort, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and the Gaylord Resorts.
  • Leads team of onsite workers in setting up installations of BLE beacons (Minew, Kontakt) and IoT networks at various businesses, hospitals, and resorts. This includes onsite installations for the Wailea Beach Resort, Gaylord Hotels and Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
  • Performs onsite testing of Phunware's internal wayfinding and mobile engagement solutions. This includes metric testing of location acquisition, accuracy and movement latency, to make sure it meets our minimum SLA requirements. It also involves cross-platform compatibility testing with various iPhone, Samsung, and Google mobile devices.
  • Liaison to customers in training, such as for beacon replacement and monitoring/maintenance of the IOT network. For example, I led in the configuration of stationary access points (Kontakt Portal Lights) to monitor onsite hardware at the Gaylord Hotels.
  • Lead in planning, designing, implementing and testing Phunware's Convention Center solution.
  • Performs live content updates for customers using Phunware's Map Editor and Content Management solutions.
