Summary

Finished a six year contract in March 2019 with the United States Air Force as a Cyber Transport Systems Technician with a Top Secret/SCI clearance, focused on a $50 million system with primary responsibilities of troubleshooting, maintenance, security and training peers on multiple highly technical equipment where I was coined a Subject Matter Expert by the 552d Air Control Wing leadership. I began employment with Chattanooga State Community College the following month as a Systems Administrator I. Used to working in fast paced, high stress situations, including setting up a computer network for critical missions from the ground up. Highly motivated in higher education with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis in Criminal Justice, an Associate's Degree in Electronics/Information Technology and Systems from the United States Air Force, and Security+ certified through CompTIA.

  • Performing over 1.2k Preventative Maintenance Inspections annually on 12 Air Force Command and Control systems, reporting statuses and ensures equipment is fully mission capable and worldwide deployable.
  • Supervised maintenance support and training for over 25 Airman, enforcing strict, critical Preventative Maintenance schedule ensuring zero equipment failures and awarded shop level "Most Productive Worker".
  • Team lead for key Control and Reporting Center system update, applied and supervised hundreds of latest critical security compliance updates to a number of varying devices.
