- Under budget on 60% of projects, met budget on 40% through strong negotiations and management of vendors (with 3% to 8% buys on the front end), weekly site visits each followed with Foreman planning sessions focusing on labor and clarity of contract documents, and friendly yet firm guiding of the client.

- Tasked with estimating tenant fit-outs. Successful in winning projects by finding labor saving alternatives, and offering creative VE options for clients. Over the last year bid, won and managed two projects with 15% gross profit.

-Over the last 5 year have managed 8 projects while working closely with Estimating Department to win new work with repeat clients. Have successfully managed up to 3 projects valuing $12M at one time.

- Tasked with reviewing larger estimates for accuracy of scope, and adherence to specifications. Laser focus on potential pitfalls and their solutions.

- Responsible for hiring field employees at all levels, with an eye toward finding dependable go-getters. Hired 8 men in the last year. Success with developing employees within the ranks to assume leadership positions, providing on the job training to two new in-house Foreman over the last 2 years.

- Close monitoring of project schedule to proactively identify and place client on notice when other subs have not met predecessor tasks.
