I was hired on to Royal as a Framing foreman. I ran the day to day operations of a 4-8 team member framing crew framing everything from small commercial build outs to large apartment buildings.

Work included all aspects of framing, reading blueprints, creating and implementing safety plans, assisting with building schedules, and working with sub-contractors.

In March of 2022 I was promoted to Site Superintendent, at a large apartment development, River Prairie, consisting of 3, 9 unit buildings, 1, 15 unit and 1. 55 unit buildings. These were complete builds from the ground breaking to the turning over to the owners.

I completed the final review of prints, and all plan, I oversaw all scheduling of sub-contractors, ordering of materials, safety, quality, coordinating between subs, coordinating the weekly site meetings, meeting with the designers and owners, creating punchlists.

Following completion of River Prairie I have been the site superintendent of a private school (Hope Gospel Mission) numerous build outs including doctors offices as well as a pizza restaurant.

I was a Carpenter for Tradesman Int which is a placement company.

I worked for 3 different contractor in my time with Tradesman.

I worked on steel building hanging structural steel, installing wall and roof panels, framing walls with steel studs. I also worked for a very high end custom home builder framing custom homes.

While working for GFS I worked on the road as an installer, building custom spray paint booth systems. These were from small car painting booths to booths to paint very large commercial airplanes. I worked across the country as well as in Canada.

The vast majority of the work was in very high security areas of military contractors and bases.

Working included installing structural steel, wall and roof panels, duct work, fans and AMU's

I was hired on at Royal and a laborer/framer. In 1999 I was promoted to Framing Foreman running a 4-6 person framing crew.

In May of 2000 I was promoted to a Site Superintendent running a very large apartment site.

As the superintendent i over saw the complex including everything from ground breaking to the completion of

15-plexes, 10-4 plexes as well as 5 duplexes.

This included the day to day scheduling of sub contractors, working with 4 framing crews, meeting with owners, creating and finalizing punchlists, safety mgt, quality control etc.
