Direct and oversee all Pinckney Community Education programs including 3 daycare centers and Pirate Summer Daycare. I manage staffing, contracts, facilities, marketing, budgets, and State Licensing. Our programming includes over 40 enrichment classes . We market our programming to over 35k homes within the County.

Direct, and manage over 50 High School, Middle School, and youth sports programs. Hire coaches, create budgets, build game schedules, assign officials, and support over 100 coaches, and 600 athletes. I educate, evaluate and mentor coaches and employees to function to their best ability. Increased fundraising revenue from an average of $10k-$12k annually to $60K annually.

I instructed students in 3rd Grade by creating lesson plans in subjects such as reading, writing, math, social studies, science, and social and emotional learning. I took pride in my ability to create authentic, hands-on learning opportunities.
