- 1996-1997 I started in manufacturing as a mechanical/electrical assembler for several of VL's product lines in Irvine Texas.
- 1997-1998 I moved to final assembly, testing and boxing for VL5, VL6 and VL7.
- 1998-2001 I became the Team Lead/Supervisor for the Irideon line. Irideon was a new Interior Lighting line. I had 10 employees. We assembled, tested and boxed the AR5 and AR6.
- 2001-2009 Facilitated setup and training for manufacturing engineers and employees in Middleton, WI after ETC acquired the Irideon product line. Led a team of 6-10 employees in finalizing processes and ensuring operational readiness.
- 2009-2011 I moved to R&D as a Lab Tech, assembled and tested various equipment for research and development projects.
- 2011-2015 Collaborated with mechanical and electrical engineers to develop and execute tests for engineered items, including cross-testing with software controls for automated rigging.
- 2015-2018 Partnered with software engineers to develop and conduct testing for all rigging control software, ensuring alignment with engineering design requirements.
