Managed the day to day operations of the 540k sq. Ft. Dillons Dry Grocery Warehouse. The building is split into two sides one half serving the Dillon's Division and the other half of the building dedicated as a regional warehouse for KLP and KMP products.

Managed and monitored all PM logistics functions for the Kroger Company at the Houston DC. Responsible for all Safety, HR, payroll, departmental budgets, OT%, bid structures, LP, BRI, seafood logs, and cold chain compliance duties for the Night Shift operation.

• Oversaw the development and launch of Voicelink at the Houston DC.
• Identified inefficiencies and made recommendations for process improvements with retention, departmental averages, PDT's, and OT reduction.

Assisted the HR Manager with all generalist activities for the warehouse and transportation. Revitalized the training program and qualified 61 associates in a fiscal year to full time status which was a site record at the time.

Supervised all areas of a 24hr multi-temp operation. Worked closely with two different third party companies that worked along side UIW union associates to achieve inbound results. Transitioned into the vacation relief/flow control position as result of outstanding performance and warehouse knowledge.

• Improved the receiving operation on two different shifts by building relationships with senior associates and holding all associates accountable to a set level of expectations.
• Assisted Champion and Penske leadership at the Trolley Facility during site start up for Michigan Meat.
