1983

After completing my Journeyman's. I accepted a position with HEB in San Antonio TX. I was responsible for completing 40 + retro fits and remodels for refrigerated case lineups and one new Superstore per year. I was there 3+ years. I was then offered a position with Hill Refrigeration in Los Angeles CA. I was their Corporate Field Service Engineer with a territory carrying half of the united states including southern Canada, Northern Mexico & Hawaii. My employment lasted

3+ years.

1989

I was offered a new position with a company called Bakers Aid out of Islip NY. They were a Complete in-store supermarket bakery outfitter.

The Job was to oversee and coordinate the installation of 6 Ralphs Grocery Superstores with 6 months lead time to open them one per week for 6 weeks. That was a one time contract.

1990

I accepted a position in Fort Meyers FL from Sunbelt Refrigeration.

My duties were to do refits and remodels of Publix and Winn Dixie

Grocery stores. I was employed there for 5 years.

1995

Started my own Business.
