• Assisted patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and implementation of fall-prevention and safety measures
• Obtained and accurately documented vital signs, blood glucose levels, and intake and output
• Provided continuous one-to-one observation for patients under involuntary commitment to ensure patient and staff safety
