My community service skills can be used to respond to any questions or concerns a community member might have regarding my service.

● Clean the church twice a week to keep it sanitary for 300 people.

● Part of the hospitality team Welcome people into the building and assist them with a helping hand if needed such as helping them find a seat, locate the offices, bathroom, and kitchen, or helping them find specific information.

● Collaborate with community members to organize events for the community and the general public.

● Verified the patient and made sure that the correct patient was receiving the appropriate health care by confirming any medication,allergies,vital signs and any information that would be helpful to the provider.

● Kept rooms and equipment clean and ready for the patients.

● Used my communication skills to talk patients through the process of the doctor visit and through the process of vital signs or EKG.

● Checked patients out after their appointment and scheduled their next appointment

● Assisting patients with activities that are outside of their normal facilities that are more complicated for them to achieve individually.

● Promoted patient safety while taking trips outside of the nursing home and also when transporting the patient from one area to another ● Ensure that patients are getting the right kind of care by communicating with them and their physicians
