As an optician I have multiple job duties including screening patients in, running multiple eye test, selling glasses, accounts receivable, submitting to insurance, posting EOB’s, and fixing denials of claims.

• Developed strong relationships with families, resulting in high levels of trust and confidence in childcare services provided.
• Vacuumed, cleaned up toys and emptied dishwasher to finish house cleanup for the day.

• My duties consisted of following a script and calling patients to figure out all of the contact they were in during their time of being infected with Covid.
• I had to meet specific time frames of calls to make sure everyone that could possibly be infected was made aware.
