Activities

I have had the opportunity in the past to travel on two medical missions to the Philippines. While in the Philippines we provided vision care to people in need. It consisted of vision screening, distributing glasses, as well as cataract surgery. I was able to assist in the preparation, packing of boxes and organizing supplies, pre-op care, circulating in the OR and the Rewarding post-op removal of dressings.
