Brij Mehta Vyas is a writer, performer, and advocate. Through serving as a Columnist and Photojournalism Section Editor for The Westminster Bi-Line, he has written columns specifically focused on calling out issues in society relating to mental health. He has been recognized as a John Locke International Essay Competition Finalist and has been awarded a Gold Key and Honorable Mention from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. As an Honor Roll student set to complete 11+ AP Classes before completing his high school career, Brij is deeply focused on his academic growth as well as his personal curiosity. In the future, he hopes to work as a journalist who focuses on uplifting community voices in mental health through advocacy projects and storytelling.
