• Presentation- After completing the 9 week professional development training with La Jolla Beach and Tennis club I worked in a team to improve sales and customer access through our beach services department. Our presentation was made to over 40 members of our executive administrative staff and is being considered for implementation.
• Manhattan of La Jolla was named Best Martini 2 years in a row through Readers Choice.
• Presentation- I was asked by our Human resources department to give a presentation to our executive management team discussing one-on-one interactions. I provided techniques that I regularly use and provided tools that could be integrated into the existing training / service standards.
• Interview- I was contacted by the marketing department at San Diego State University for a testimonial supporting the business of wine certification program. After submitting my testimonial I was asked to do an interview that was published in a full spread in UPFRONT an SDSU e-magazine.
