Accomplishments

  • Achieved minimizing multiple break downs with residents through effectively helping with communication with residents when needing to talk to someone. I was always there if need be.
  • I was never a supervisor, but I felt like it with the new employees, because, I was always there to help them when they needed help and needed guidance for that particular job.
  • When I worked at Valley Springs Youth Ranch, I had a lot of residents come in and have break downs, crisis moments, etc. When that happened, I had to documented and resolved a break down or crisis before it got worse which led to the person/kid stepping to the side or to an empty room to take a breather so they're wasn't a crisis that wouldn't break out into a fight.
