I currently manage repo building inventory at different lot locations all over the US and Canada. I assess the condition of a building after it’s picked up and price it accordingly. If a building needs repairs, I submit a request to the appropriate manufacturer, review repair quotes, and authorize the task when justified. I work with my dealers that I have created trusting working relationships with to help them sell our inventory. I use creative strategies to help reach my team’s monthly sales goals, including developing promotional flyers and implementing sales incentives. The most rewarding aspect of my job is the strong relationships that I have built with the dealers and manufacturers across these organizations.

My responsibilities here included creating daily lesson plans that supported the children’s learning and development in a positive and nurturing environment. My daily routine incorporated age appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, learning the alphabet, counting, and identifying shapes. Proper classroom management was a key component to my job here. It was my goal to ensure a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for the children.

My responsibilities included preparing quality food and providing excellent customer service. My tasks included, greeting guests, cash management, maintaining food and safety standards, and keeping positive working relationships with my fellow employees.
