Experienced specialist at Summit Management Group, Inc., excelling in relationship building and problem-solving. Proficient at managing inventory and implementing creative sales strategies, I pride myself in excellent communication and organizational skills to drive team success and create strong partnerships.
I currently manage repo building inventory at different lot locations all over the US and Canada. I assess the condition of a building after it’s picked up and price it accordingly. If a building needs repairs, I submit a request to the appropriate manufacturer, review repair quotes, and authorize the task when justified. I work with my dealers that I have created trusting working relationships with to help them sell our inventory. I use creative strategies to help reach my team’s monthly sales goals, including developing promotional flyers and implementing sales incentives. The most rewarding aspect of my job is the strong relationships that I have built with the dealers and manufacturers across these organizations.
