Program Management
● Support and advise our implementation and expansion team in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States, working at the intersection of healthcare and tech to ensure the successful rollout of our healthcare-technology solution in the newly acquired market
● Communicate with senior leadership to facilitate adequate staffing and smooth transition of personnel and care
● Utilize agile management models to hold daily scrum-style meetings to inform senior staff, delegate tasks, identify blockers, and provide actionable solutions
● Manage multiple channels of communication across a variety of stakeholder platforms in a 100% remote environment including, but not limited to: Teams, Outlook, Epic, HCS Wellsky, Zoom, and internal communication platforms for each individual medical group
● Manages Resource Nurse responsibilities such as writing patient assignments, distributing schedules, staffing management, coordination of patient care, delegation of tasks, overseeing operations, and ensuring all patient care is delivered in the safest manner in accordance with current evidence-based practice, while maintaining knowledge of all local laws/regulations and internal policies/procedures for each specific market
Subject Matter Expert
● Developed and knowledgeable in random forest algorithms and decision trees necessary to readily manage thousands of operational, procedural, policy, patient care, and communication outcomes
● Conducted 2 published clinical trial research studies with Massachusetts General Hospital as a primary stakeholder for collection and processing of data, collaborated with PIs to analyze results and provide recommendations while providing clinical patient care
● Leverages clinical knowledge base for oncology patients at home- piloting internal technology solutions in accordance with IRB HRS standards
● Handles sensitive and proprietary information during communication with multiple stakeholders
● Clinical expert and point person for full-cycle patient transfer and cross-company transition to home care with senior leadership and interdisciplinary staff to include: deployment of medics, distribution of in-home medical orders and medication/ services, chart review, care scheduling/ treatment plan to be communicated with vendors, chain-of command medical and operational report, patient transfer and transportation, timely and accurate transport of technology, medications, services, treatment, and personnel, and final approval of home care status
