Brittany Hatcher

Am a knowledgeable and dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience the food service industry as well as the medical field. Is a solid team player with an outgoing, positive demeanor and proven skills in establishing rapport with clients as well as being motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success.

I attended an after school class during my junior year of High school that focused on helping you become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We would take patients vital signs and assist withbathing and/or washing patients. We would monitor patients wounds to prevent infection as well as helped them with daily living functions such as eating, getting dressed, using the restroom.

I have worked In the Service industry since age 15 working mostly food service jobs and continued with that until I decided I wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. I attended a private school, California Career Institute (CCI) to become a Medical Assistant. After graduating I landed a job in an Urgent Care where I worked for a year and learned many of skills that have stayed with me to this day. An opportunity became available for me to move away and work on a farm and become a homesteader. I recently moved back home and from that venture and am going back to school to become a Medical Biller and Coder.
