I am the lead designer for NTC's online learning product, Direct-to-Educator, which grew from team of 2 in 2020 to team of 12 in 2023 with millions of dollars in philanthropic funds raised.

• Defined vision, pedagogy, and LX
• Led user research and testing through pilots, IRB survey, focus groups, empathy interviews
• Led experiments with AI tools

• Established robust knowledge management in Airtable
• Directed filming and production of high-quality media

I was a lead LXD working in sync with product and strategy teams on years-long, multi-million dollar engagements

• Led LXD from discovery to beta, focusing on non-profit sector
• Managed team of 5 LXDs to create courses for U Penn professors
• Collaborated with UX/UI and engineering on custom platform builds

The two pieces of Grovo's work in which I played a lead role were acquired by Cornerstone Learning for $24 million dollars

• Led design for Grovo's R&D team, including collaboration with product & engineering, which led to the content creator tool
• Defined pedagogical approach for Grovo's content
