I have an extensive background in customer service. I have worked in restaurant settings since I was 17 years old and serving as a waitress since I was 18. I am calm, present, and friendly during high-stress and busy environments. I am skilled and efficient at working both independently and with others. I spent 5 years volunteering at Rappahannock General Hospital where my tasks included interacting with patients, assisting in discharges, filing, and assisting nursing staff with errands.
During my time in Sigma Sigma Sigma I operated as the Volunteer Chair where I organized volunteer opportunities for the sorority, and I was the Honor Council Goals Coordinator where I would help hold members in bad standing accountable by meeting with them and giving them constructive goals to work towards restoring their status within the sorority. I have done two semesters worth of research in the Psychology field in 2022 and 2023, and a brief report of my work for Manipulating the “Selfie”: the Relationship Between Selfie Manipulation and Factors Related to Body Image Concerns, will be published in an issue of The Behavior Therapist, and will be presented on at the ABCT 57th annual convention. I also have experience with working with a real-world client (Transfiguring Adoption) to help create a solution to help their company.
I have worked in Enrollment Support for Regent University for over 2 years, assisting prospective and active students with questions and concerns regarding their applications and student accounts. Experienced with student engagement, relationship building, and application management. Utilizes effective communication and personalized support to guide prospective students, while meeting admissions goals.
