I love helping other people, learning new things has always been my passion. I enjoy volunteering in my free time since it is a way of me giving back to my community, getting to meet new people, and gain more experience.
I've never really gotten into any trouble at all, which I think defines my life more than anything. I feel that I can act as an individual while making peace with those around me. My goal is to inspire the next generation to have confidence in their problem solving abilities.

•Resolves discrepancies related to accountholders in a timely and courteous manner
•Handles inquiries, adjustments, and sends related written notices
• Assist with opening online accounts
• Serve as backup for other department duties
• Work with branches on inquiries regarding digital services duties
• Answers and performs Tier 2 support for queries submitted through Online Banking messages and chat
•Handles inquiries, adjustments, changes in credit limits or authorized users and sends related written notices
• Accountable for card control including ordering or replacement, restricting usage, issuing additional
cards, processing claims related to fraudulent usage or disputed items. Must be able to rotate after
hours duties of lost or stolen cards. Promotes and cross-sells credit union products and services to
members when applicable
• Handles un-posted errors/exception items, verifies billing from processors or vendors. Assists in all
aspects of opening Online Accounts. Responsible for duties involving other programs as assigned which
may include Shared Service Center usage, Negative Share/Share Draft, PayMe & Performance Checking
or BillPay. Specialty reports or duties regarding IRA-•ESA-HSA products may be solely designated
• Serves as backup for other duties of electronic services when required. This may include ACH origination,
stop payments or research. Familiar with procedures and compliance to send and receive wires
• May work with branches on ATM-related issues. Answer queries submitted through online banking;
sends check requests for Online and Starline

previously registered but not scheduled a vaccine appointment

Call the shelter and ask for the volunteer coordinator, Serve the meal, Arrive early on the appointed day to make sure everything is in order, wrapping silverware, buttering bread, handing food and trays to guests, greeting and interacting with guests, mopping floors and wiping down tables etc
